The refundable date is within 20 days from the date of receipt of the shoes. If it exceeds 20 days, we will not be able to provide you with a refund or exchange.
Eligible return and exchange:
1. The returned goods must be unused and returned in the original product packaging, in the same state as the goods you received.
2. The returned goods must show no signs of wear or use.
3. If it's shoes quality problem,we will arrange resend one pair to you.
4. If it is for the size or style changing, we are not responsible for the return shipping cost. The shipping cost of replacement is the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds or exchanges not accepted :
1. The shoes has worn , damaged , missed parts or not in its original state.
2. Shoes returned after 20 days of receiving the order.
How to return or exchange?
1. Please contact our team via Whats app or email and let us know why you want to return or exchange.
2. We will provide the return address , please send the items back to us as they were received. (It is recommended to use DHL shipping to return)
3. After we receive your returned goods, we will directly return the payment to you to the original payment account or perform exchange processing within 3-5 working days.
4. We will not compensate for goods lost in transit.
